4. Posting Rules

Users may post: Business Listings, Events, Rentals, or Classified Ads. All posts must follow these rules:

• Accurate titles and descriptions without false information.

• Unique images taken by you; no watermarks or unauthorized content.

• Correct category selection; miscategorized posts may be rejected.

• Legal and allowed items only; prohibited items are not permitted.

• One ad per item; duplicate ads are not allowed.

• Items and services must be located in Ghana.

• Correct contact information must be provided for customer inquiries.

GhanaBizHub reserves the right to remove or reject any listing that violates these rules.

5. Managed & Premium Listings

• Users may choose to upgrade to Managed or Premium Listings.

• Payment must be completed via the provided secure payment methods.

• GhanaBizHub is not liable for any errors in listings once they are approved and live.

6. User Conduct

When using GhanaBizHub, you agree not to:

• Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

• Spam, advertise unrelated products, or misuse the platform.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

• Misrepresent yourself or your products/services.

7. Privacy & Data

By using GhanaBizHub, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on GhanaBizHub (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by GhanaBizHub or its licensors.
